Data entered by you in the contact form, such as company name, first name, surname, postcode, town, street, telephone and e-mail, are used by us for the purpose of individual communication with you. Please note that transmission of this data is not encrypted and therefore confidential information should not be sent via the contact form. When registering for our newsletter, you only need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will use this exclusively to send you our newsletter by e-mail. The newsletter contains information about the Siwoplan business. We will store your e-mail address or postal address until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided on the website or by sending us a message to this effect. There are no additional costs for unsubscribing – only transmission costs according to your basic tariff. By unsubscribing, you object to the use of your e-mail address or postal address. All your data will then be deleted immediately.

2.1 Participation in competitions
SIWOPLAN stores the data transmitted by the participant until the competition has been completed. This data will be completely deleted after the end of the competition. The participant can demand premature deletion of data at any time by sending an e-mail to service@siwoplan.de, in which case there will be no guarantee for further implementation of the competition, further participation and / or sending of the prize. Furthermore, the participant can request information about the stored data at any time by sending an e-mail to service@siwoplan.de. In the event of winning, participants will be informed by SIWOPLAN via the contact options provided in connection with the competition (e.g. by telephone or by post). The data will be transmitted to the respective cooperation partners exclusively in the event of winning and only – if necessary – for the purpose of processing this.

  1. Data transfer to third parties
    SIWOPLAN GmbH will only transfer your personal data to third parties if – without your consent – this is legally permissible , if the transfer is absolutely necessary to provide the service you want to use, if a subcontractor is commissioned within the scope of data processing for the provision of offers and services and needs this data, or if you have expressly agreed to the transfer beyond the execution of the contract. Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plug-ins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This informs Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can allocate your surfing behaviour to you as an individual. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account first.

If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.

If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad programme, no such cookies can be expected when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
